A lavender color with a different texture on each side, so it doubles for both yoga and pilates use. The near-absence of smell that's supposed to be a TPE advantage was genuinely noticeable — the chemical smell common in cheaper rubber mats was barely there even right after unboxing.
Premium Non-Slip Yoga Mat | Two different non-slip textures, one on each side.
Setup & Usage
No assembly needed — just unroll it and it's ready. There was a slight curl left over from rolling when I first unrolled it, but it flattened out after about a day. The included detachable strap also made it easy to roll up and carry over my shoulder after a workout.
Performance / Real-World Testing
The thickness was the most satisfying part. The 6mm cushion clearly reduced pain in moves like planks and bird-dogs where weight rests on the wrists and knees. Compared to using a thinner mat, the difference was substantial.
Premium Non-Slip Yoga Mat | The 6mm thickness clearly reduces impact on knees and wrists.
That said, during high-intensity cardio or sweaty sessions, my palms started feeling faintly slippery later in the workout. It's not a problem for mostly static yoga or pilates, but if you do sweat-heavy workouts, I'd recommend keeping a towel handy.
Storage, Durability & Other Details
Over a month of roughly 4 uses a week, I didn't notice surface wear or coating peeling. That said, faint fold marks started appearing where it was rolled and strapped for storage — they don't fully flatten out, so storing it flat rather than rolled would probably be better for the mat's lifespan.

Comfortable padded handles and a trustworthy door anchor make this 5-band set an effective tool for rehab and home strength workouts. Reaching the full 150lb limit requires clipping multiple bands together, and the natural latex material is unsuitable for latex allergies.
Solid 800 lb weight capacity, fast spring-lock adjustments, and an extremely compact folded footprint make this a versatile pick for small home gyms or apartments. Padding feels quite stiff, the vertical angle falls short of advertised specs, and slight frame movement can occur under heavier barbell presses.
Turn the dial and the weight changes in 3 seconds, cutting down rest time between sets. The lowest setting starts at 2.5kg, a bit heavy for bodyweight-adjacent stretching.
